Not at all. This experience is designed for everyone — whether you're completely new to Ayurveda or have been exploring it for a while. Everything is explained in a simple, practical way.What kind of support will I receive during the 7 days?

The Lite Cleanse gives you one recorded practice per day, journaling prompts, and a simplified version of the cleanse — beautiful, accessible, and gentle.
The Full Cleanse is a much deeper experience: it includes two daily practices (like Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra), Ayurvedic rituals, morning & evening routines, breathwork, recipes, journaling workbook, private group space, and a follow-up 1:1 with me to help you integrate everything.
You also get lifetime access to all the Full Cleanse materials, while the Lite Cleanse content stays available for 30 days.
