Week 1: Ayurvedic Foundations & Personalized Assessment
We’ll begin with a 75-minute consultation to assess your dosha, imbalances, and unique needs. We’ll explore your lifestyle habits, health history, and challenges. From there, I’ll create a custom program for you, focusing on balancing your doshas, regulating your nervous system, and integrating somatic tools for grounding. By the end of Week 1, you’ll have a personalized plan for balance and transformation.

  • Weekly 45-minute calls: Check-ins to review progress, adjust your plan, and do live practices (breathwork, movement, and meditation) to support your healing.
